I have been practicing counseling/psychotherapy for over 20 years and have been facilitating family, couple and individual therapy since 1998. I am experienced in inpatient, partial day treatment and outpatient treatment, working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Using a multi therapuetic approach I am non-judgemental and easy to talk to. I enjoy working with family systems issues as I feel anything impacting one of our family members impacts us all. As a native of Southeast Texas I am familiar with resources and am happy to refer individuals as needed.

Through her training as an EMDR therapist, Molly has become increasingly interested and passionate about trauma work, but also enjoys working with individuals (preteen and older), couples and families, with issues such as anxiety, depression, identity, interpersonal relationships, marital concerns, and more. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich provider, and has training in EMDR, CBT, and parts work and various other modalities.

Kimberly Stapert Beard, MSW, LCSW has over 20 years of clinical experience. Kimberly strives to build authentic relationships founded on unconditional positive regard in order to facilitate holistic growth, hope, and healing. Whether you are struggling with a temporary setback or an ongoing problem, I can assist you; there is HOPE. It is my belief that, as human beings, we all face life challenges, be they relational, personal, emotional, spiritual, or physical, and our mental health affects how we respond to these challenges. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling for youth (age 10+) and adults.

My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. We all face unexpected challenges which sometimes leave us feeling hopeless and powerless. I believe that we have the ability to make healthy and appropriate choices regardless of the circumstances in which we may find ourselves.

With over 20 years of experience as a licensed counselor, I will help you to move toward solutions that will bring about positive change. While my clinical training and biblical worldview inform my approach, your goals and needs are the priority of each session.

With over 19 years of experience providing a broad range of mental health services, my current practice strongly emphasizes providing therapeutic interventions for children with behavioral and emotional challenges, while also welcoming the opportunity to work with families, individuals and couples needing counseling services. Over the course of my career, I have gained experience in many elements of the mental health field. Some of those include clinical intake, general counseling, marital counseling, crisis intervention, crisis management, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and child behavior management.

Kayce is passionate about helping others find their path to freedom and contentment. She desires to assist people to work through their struggles and learn healthy coping methods and techniques. Kayce views her role as a counselor as a collaborative working relationship with the client to help integrate professional knowledge, research, and evidence-based practices to aid the client in meeting their therapeutic goals. Kayce takes an eclectic approach to help clients find their way toward their needs and/or goals in life.

Areas of focus are, not limited to, use of EMDR therapy, Dissociative Disorders, “Tween” age (7-12yrs old) and Teen (13-19yrs old) TRAUMA, depression, identity issues, adult TRAUMA, (ADD/ADHD) attention deficit disorder, high functioning spectrum disorders, anxiety, PTSD, , coming out of abusive relationships, spiritual warfare, premarital counseling, blended family issues, marriage/family, grief/bereavement, parenting, teen age mentoring, children who may be struggling at home, in school, or new and significant changes in life as they have known it. Other areas of focus include divorce, play or art therapy methods of interaction.
