Hi there my name is Catherine Perri, but you can call me Cat. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) dedicated to guiding individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and optimizing sports performance here at Auravia Holistic Therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective therapy for addressing trauma, anxiety, and enhancing sports performance.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I specialize in treating complex trauma, sexual trauma and the full spectrum of anxiety and stress disorders with EMDR. I am passionate about working with clients whom have been diagnosed with personality disorders, children or spouses of individuals whom have been diagnosed with personality disorders, victims of sexual abuse and survivors of incest abuse. Growth and healing is not just possible but attainable together. I approach every client as a whole and healthy being capable of unlimited growth regardless of a diagnosis or a severe history of trauma and pain.

Hello, my name is Jeremiah Henderson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of Texas. I have over 7 years of experience working with depression, grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, low motivation, trauma, and anger.
