I have focused training and experience providing therapeutic services to adults, children, and couples. My experience spans several areas, including but not limited to domestic violence, crisis intervention, substance abuse, family and relationship challenges, learning challenges, problem-solving skills, building resilience skills, career and vocational guidance, anger and stress management, emotional triggers, and life and resilience skills. I am a 24-year Air Force and Army Veteran with three combat deployments, and I bring a unique understanding of deployments and family separation.

My approach to therapy is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I believe in the power of therapy to bring about positive change and improve quality of life. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and private office settings with individuals, couples, and families with a wide variety of issues. My approach is collaborative-based identifying goals and working in therapy to accomplish satisfactory resolution of those goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eleven years of clinical experience. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I have the most experience in include ADHD, Coping Skills, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, and Relationship Issues. My counseling style combines Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Trauma Focused therapies. I have always felt called to be a healer, and I believe that it is vital to find the root of problems for clients to heal fully and continue to make progress.

Faith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Namibia and her Master of Social Work from Baylor University. Faith has worked with adolescents, children, and families for over 10 years locally and internationally in various settings. Faith has experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment/ life changes, and has experience collaborating with professional on multidisciplinary teams in a variety of settings and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
