I am proud to work with clients whose brains are different, whose ways of looking at and interacting with the world are unique, and who are looking to untangle their authentic selves from the mask society pushed them to wear, learn to love/accept themselves as they are, and use this radical self-love to make the changes they want to see. Laura utilizes a variety of tools to best meet the unique needs of her clients to include: art, music, client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic and strength-based approaches, and mindfulness and sand tray based techniques. She has experience working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, PTSD, stress management, grief and loss, self-esteem, neurodiversity (ADHD and autism), and LBGTQIA+.
