I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with healthcare experience of more than 15 years. Equipped with knowledge and experience in the medical field, working with patients with mental health issues in a collaborative manner is imperative in understanding their diagnoses and establishing a treatment plan to help with their well-being. The treatment of mental health is always advancing, and I believe in evidence-based treatment.

A trellis is an open framework of intersecting parts, designed to support life until it can grow independently and thrive. This is also what I believe about how counseling works. This therapy won't be a magic wand, and I can't do the impossible. What I can do is offer that open framework to support you through your hardest seasons until you're ready to continue growing on your own. I believe in using evidence-based interventions, innovative research, and compassionate support in the raw to weave together a trellis for your wellness.

Sexual health discussions have never made me uncomfortable in any way, and I like to provide a safe space for clients to discuss these issues. Many people experience shame about their relationship preferences, kinks, and sexual orientation. I like to help individuals and couples who may be struggling in this area. I also enjoy working with clients who are gender diverse, are thinking about or currently transitioning, and so forth.
