I have more than seven years working in the mental health field and have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families in private practice, outpatient clinics, and psychiatric hospital settings.

Kiddos, teens, and young adults are my jam. I understand family conflict, struggles with social interactions, anxiety, depression, and all the things that these age groups have to face, especially in a world that doesn't seem to be kind and understanding of their obstacles and needs, almost dismissing their experiences as undeserving of being taken seriously. These youth are seeking to find their place in the world and feel confident and worthy of moving through life with the love and respect they deserve. They're eager to learn more about themselves and make sense of the world around them and becoming self empowered in the process.
