Early in life we learn to disconnect from our bodies and emotions in order to survive and adapt to the environment. Overtime, this manifests as patterns of behavior and self-rejection that though were once adaptive, now only keep us stuck. These patterns typically manifest as anxiety, depression, self-hatred, toxic shame, addictions, obsessions, compulsions, codependency and relationship problems. I work experientially in the moment to get to the root of what is getting in the way of desired experiences on an identity level.
