I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist & have substantial training & experience working with kiddos and parents. I also enjoy working with adult individuals, especially women, & our unique challenges. I use a variety of modalities including Relational Neuroscience, Humanistic, Attachment, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, and Cognitive approaches.
