Hello there! I’m Whitney and I’m the founder of Brave Haven Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant, and am EMDR Trained. I am so glad you have taken some of your valuable time to find a therapist. It is such a courageous endeavor to ask for help and I am here to help you along your journey. My clinical experience has allowed me to work with people of all ages, races, genders, socioeconomic statuses, body sizes, and sexual orientations at all levels of care. Saundra is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor who works at Lifeologie in the Richardson office. Saundra works with clients throughout the lifespan but primarily sees children and adolescents ages 3-17. Saundra works in individual sessions, groups, and family settings. Saundra earned most of her clinical experience in children’s advocacy centers. She has worked with children and families who were survivors of abuse experiencing trauma symptoms. Saundra has also worked in private practice dealing primarily with adolescents who were with dealing with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and families.

I'm so glad you stopped by! I am a solution focused, person-centered, EMDR trained counselor who offers a wide variety of approaches. Counseling should never be a "one size fits all" solution. Working with me is a journey into mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth. My office is a safe space, and I would be delighted to see you there. I provide Telehealth to the entire state of Texas, and in-person counseling to Collin and Dallas counties. I also provide Supervision to LPC-Associates.
