I received my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Texas School of Professional Psychology, and am a Licensed Psychological Associate in the state of Texas.

I’m a licensed professional counselor, yoga teacher, and massage therapist who believes we all experience the world in a different way. No two people are the same, and neither are their problems. Kristie Keeling is supervised by Kacey Vasquez, LPC-S. Earning a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in play therapy from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the International Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society. With over 15 years of experience working one on one with children prior to graduate school, Kristie developed a passion early on for child development and play therapy. Specializing in kids from the ages of two to sixteen with learning and developmental disabilities such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia.

She specializes in eating disorders and trauma from codependency, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. Sarah also works with individuals struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. Sarah is certified in EMDR and is an expert in utilizing this therapy strategy to target the healing of eating disorders. Sarah is currently working on becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. Sarah has worked with eating disorders at multiple levels of care. She utilizes emotion-focused therapy which involves helping individuals connect to and understand their emotions in order to resolve underlying issues.
