As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, she's dedicated to improving mental health and well-being. Aisha earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2008 and her Master’s in Social Work in 2014 from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Her career began in Child Welfare, providing case management and therapy to adolescents and young adults in foster care with mental health needs.

I am a postdoctoral fellow in clinical psychology and a disabled military veteran. I have significant experience identifying and treating mental health illnesses of different severity. I have a clinical background working with individuals and families in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as with autism, diverse minority groups, people from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and various kinds of relationships (i.e., monogamy, consensual non-monogamy, open relationships, polyamory, etc.).

I have experience in treating domestic abuse issues, suicidal ideation, anxiety, life adjustment issues, and PTSD. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is highly effective in treating OCD, phobias, and severe anxiety.
