I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I have experience in treating trauma, PTSD, OCD, depression, anxiety, Bi-polar disorder, addiction, life adjustment issues, personality disorders, gender/identity, family and relationship issues. Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to treat a diversified clientele that has shaped my ability to be understanding and accepting. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work with a clinical concentration from the University of Houston. I have experience working with clients with OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression, and phobias in residential and outpatient settings. My training is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to assist clients in improving their quality of life. Through utilizing ERP, I have seen the impact that changing our relationship with anxiety, our thoughts, and feelings has on achieving what once felt out of reach.
