I want to sit with you and hear your story. My name is Courtney and I am committed to helping individuals, adolescents, and adults in various life stages who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, coping with grief and death, ADHD (including time management planning), and special needs. I have received additional training in working with individuals that have experienced Trauma and Complex Trauma, Grief and Loss, individuals on the Autism Spectrum, and ADHD.

My name is Crystal Gee, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have worked in the Human Service field for over 19 years. I've spent 9 years working in the Mental Health field where I trained and became an Evidence-Based Practice Mental Health clinician specializing in Emotional and Disruptive Disorders with certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Seeking Safety and Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT). I use a Cognitive behavioral and integrative approach to help clients reach their treatment goals.

Many individuals often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone in their daily life. I aim to help those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and religious trauma, among others, to find understanding and not feel so alone. I offer tools and strategies to manage stress and anxiety, rediscover joy, provide guidance and perspective through important life changes, and improve communication and connection within significant relationships. Being equipped with the proper tools and support empowers individuals to create change they previously may have doubted was possible.

There are a number of reasons that we as humans seek the counsel of others; however, the most important reason to me is seeking growth. We all encounter struggles and challenges and face a series of choices. I believe it is in our nature to question our choices and it is those questions that I hope to help individuals explore while on their journey. I am especially interested in the question of how to connect meaningfully with others, as I believe this is the cornerstone of human interactions and relationships.
