With couples, I am passionate about restoring friendship, increasing intimacy, and experiencing a greater sense of trust and unity.
Currently an LPC-Associate under the supervision of Lauren Coats, LPC-S. I specializes in relationships. Specifically, I love working with adults and couples through issues related to attachment and feelings of disconnection, emotional and relational boundaries, infidelity, self-esteem, anxiety, loneliness, and life transitions. Through creating an atmosphere of empathy, warmth, and connection, I invite individuals to be curious, self-compassionate, and determined to create the life they want rather than one filled with shame, disconnection from others, or feeling trapped in current life circumstances.

I have experience working with clients across the lifespan including, but not limited to, individuals, couples, families, eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, trauma, OCD, LGBTQ+ matters, anxiety, and depression.
Sometimes we reach a season of life that we need a little help navigating, and the good news is that you do not have to do it alone. I truly believe in a collaborative counseling relationship that fosters encouragement and growth. I help clients get to the root of what is preventing them from living the life they desire and create a plan to overcome those hardships together. I offer an accepting, warm, judgement free environment that will allow us to explore your past, present and/or future to find the process that fits best for you. You are the expert on your own life and I am here to guide you through your journey.

I work with individuals who struggle with relationship issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, interpersonal conflict, bipolar disorder, and everyday problems and obstacles in life.
Struggling? You don't have to go alone...... Navigating life can sometimes lead us to feel disconnected from our close relationships, the people around us, or even ourselves. We may be sailing smoothly through life at times, and at others - the unexpected happens and we are not sure what to do, or how to recover. This can lead to a profound sense of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection. If you find yourself struggling or having difficulty finding meaning and purpose - you are not alone. To struggle is to be human, and I would be honored to help you uncover the answers you seek.

I want to partner with you and advocate for you, to validate your needs but never judge your experience.
Struggling with unhelpful thoughts, stress, anxiety, sadness, self doubt? I want to help you overcome that hurdle! I use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach to help my patients learn to recognize how their thoughts shape their feelings and choices. And by working with you to change those unhelpful thoughts, we can shape your emotions so you make better decisions and have a brighter outlook on life. Let's work together to nip those pesky thoughts in the bud! My CBT training has focused mostly on approaches to treating anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions like moving, job changes, and perinatal/postpartum issues.

I provide therapy for individuals (13 and older), couples, and families experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, issues associated with chronic illness, significant life events requiring dynamic adjustment, and trauma.
Are you "stuck"? Stuck in a cycle of thoughts, feelings, or behaviors and can't seem to find the answer? Are you searching for the next step, or the "secret of life" that everyone else has seemingly discovered? Whether it is addiction (yours or someone you love), a relationship in distress, grief, or the simple need to be heard and seen, there are opportunities and options. My practice is rooted in Attachment Theory, and as such I believe "you are the expert on you". Together, let us find the best version of YOU!

I believe that people are intrinsically good and that their unfavorable actions are a result of something that happened to them in the past or is currently happening in their lives. My counseling approach aligns with person-centered therapy. I firmly believe that the empathic relationship between counselor and client is crucial for the success of the therapeutic process. I value the method, based on a collaborative effort, in which the client controls the process. In my work with couples, adolescents and adults, I draw techniques from many different theories and approaches.
