I'm taking new Telehealth clients. My ideal client is someone who may be having difficulties with personal relationships, depression, anxiety, stresses of life, or workplace issues. Counseling is about helping people find hope for life's difficulties and ways to cope with struggles. My clients may need to restore relationships, and find new meaning in their life and work. I provide Christian, spiritual, and secular counseling with the aim of helping clients draw on the strength of their faith to better cope when they are feeling out of control.

Dealing with unresolved trauma, struggling with life transitions, or trying to manage anger, stress, depression, and anxiety on your own can make navigating life somewhat difficult. But you don't have to navigate the journey alone. In a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, I enjoy assisting clients with learning and discovering ways to effectively navigate difficulties in life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the profession for over 5 years. Throughout this time, I have helped my clients become empowered to work through various life issues.
