Hello, my name is McKenna Ziats, LPC! I offer individual therapy, for adults and teens. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem building, work related stress, stress management, and boundaries. I value the relationship that I have with my clients by providing a non-judgmental space to allow you to share and express yourself. I have worked with a variety of populations in different settings.

I believe in the importance of therapy as a vital instrument, not just for preventing and treating mental disorders but also for enhancing the overall quality of people's lives. With more than 15 years of experience as a licensed counselor in Brazil and two years as an LPC - Associate in Texas, I possess fluency in both Portuguese and English, enabling me to communicate adeptly with diverse populations. I strongly uphold the transformative potential of the therapeutic relationship, and my objective is to offer counseling that facilitates positive life changes for individuals.

My passion is to provide clinically excellent and distinctively Christian counseling for individuals who desire to incorporate spirituality within their therapeutic experience. I work with a wide variety of clients, including children & teens, individuals, and couples/families. Three groups of clients I especially enjoy working with are children & teens, women dealing with women's health issues (infertility, prenatal/postpartum issues, hormone imbalance, parenting, etc.), and providing support for pastoral health and sustainability in ministry for pastors, their wives, and their children.
