I'm a licensed psychological associate (LPA) who practices clinical psychology in Southeast Texas under the supervision of Dr. Melanie F. Webb, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist. My first priority is to provide hope. I use evidence-based treatments to provide explanations, teach life-long skills, discover solutions, and normalize what you’re going through. My goal is to ensure that you can progress toward your goals, using skills you already have, to live the life you want to live through a collaborative effort.

Depression and/or anxiety may be dictating your life at the moment, but it doesn't have to be that way. You may be experiencing uncomfortable feelings of helplessness and believe there is no hope of ever feeling better. You may not even remember the last time you were content, let alone happy. That's what I want to help you with.

The ideal client is one that is willing to work in session and practice out of session. I work best with clients that are willing to be honest and raw with me. I respect someone that can voice their truest thoughts/feelings/and behaviors because I will be equally direct with my identification of distortions in their thoughts and actions. The greatest acceptance of ourselves can only be achieved with an honest look inward. This honesty allows us see what strengths we desire to build and what needs we can reduce. With this direct, loving, and accepting approach, the counseling process can be maximized in its efficacy.

Hello! My name is Brandon. I'm glad you're considering seeking help for whatever you're going through in life right now. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, working through all sorts of things ranging from depression and anxiety to trauma and grief. I am a Christian, a husband, a father, a classically trained psychotherapist, and a combat veteran, and I believe all these parts of my identity work together to produce who I am as a counselor. All clients seeking help are important to me, but I get a special sense of fulfillment in working with military veterans and first responders.

He has more than 30 years of combined experience working in the criminal justice, mental health and addictions field. He has worked in a variety of clinical and mental health settings (to include corrections facilities and residential drug programs for adolescents and adults.

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in marriage, couples, and family as well as a certification in play therapy from Sam Houston State University. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Texas A&M University. I am Level 2 certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am supervised by Marion Marold Vickerman LMFT-S.
