I have worked with adults and adolescents in various therapeutic settings including outpatient, and inpatient treatment programs who have struggled with various mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, depression, and trauma. I also help individuals who are experiencing relationship issues, loss, low self-esteem, academic difficulties, career development or work issues, immigration, and problems associated with certain life stages and transitions.

My belief is that everyone is worthy of help, especially when they are struggling. That being said you must be willing to put in the work to accomplish the result and part of my role as a counselor is to assist you in that work process. During that time, we will identify your strengths, develop, and expand your coping skills, and continue to gain further psycho-educational knowledge that will guide you in your continued growth and development towards a deeper healthier mental head space, that will accompany you in future obstacles.

I have experience working with a wide array of clients. I commonly treat clients with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I also have quite a bit of experience with clients who have lost someone dear to them, and are trying to find a way though that grief. In addition to those areas, I also treat a number of other issues not yet mentioned, such as bipolar disorder, OCD, problems in interpersonal relationships, stress management, career-related concerns, trauma, and more.

I can help relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. I help those with mood/personality disorders, unresolved trauma, and anger and behavioral issues. I also help adults struggling to identify their emotions/needs, and individuals going through a rough adjustment period, like divorce or loss, and provide support with co-parenting techniques.
