Many times we find ourselves in emotional crisis that we can't get through alone. All people go through hard times in life. Some people get through it alone or with support from family or friends, others pretend to get through it and live with it constantly affecting their lives, and others are not able to get through it or pretend to. There is no right or wrong way to overcome hard times, trauma, anger, bereavement, grief, depression, addiction, or other obstacles in life. I am a Certified Trauma Resolution Therapist and work in the areas of Depression, Anxiety and Bi-polar issues. Areas of Trauma include trauma related to abuse, traumatic loss, accidents, sudden death, and divorce etc. I work well with all age groups, cultures and ethnicities. I provide services to the active military as well as veterans. During the flooding in Houston I spent 2 weeks providing assistance.I believe strongly in service.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Chemical Dependency Counselor with six years of experience. I spent more than ten years working with veterans and their families, coping with deployment, PTSD, and family disruption throughout their military careers. I utilize a wide range of modalities such as Client-Centered Therapy, Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, Family Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. I firmly believe that people are people regardless of their chosen labels or the ones society puts on them.

Erica Bones is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas with over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions. Erica finds joy in empowering others to reach their full potential. Life is full of changes and Erica is here to help you on a journey of balancing those transitions. Erica’s experience includes providing individual and group therapy for self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship and family challenges, domestic violence, and parenting challenges.

I believe in the process of therapy. Safety is essential at every age. My goal is to provide a safe place for children and teens in the foster care system to process and work through trauma based issues. I also see clients in my private practice.

During my internships and employment experiences I worked with the youth population that experienced trauma and struggle with substance addiction. In my career development, I worked with diverse populations, including the IDD and corrections populations.
