I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eleven years of clinical experience. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in individual and group settings. Some clinical issues I have the most experience in include ADHD, Coping Skills, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, and Relationship Issues. My counseling style combines Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Trauma Focused therapies. I have always felt called to be a healer, and I believe that it is vital to find the root of problems for clients to heal fully and continue to make progress.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in TX and NM with over 18 of experience in the mental health field. I am also a Certified Professional Life and Wellness Coach and trained EMDR therapist. Prior to my mental health experience, taught first grade and later worked in the High School setting which allowed me to assist with multiple family dynamics, adolescent struggles and crisis interventions within the school setting. I later worked in the hospital assisting multiple clinics along with the acute behavioral health department and most recently worked with Combat Veterans to assist with PTSD and transitioning to civilian lifestyle.

Deidra Fuller is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas who has over 15 years of experience partnering with adults in their journey toward freeing themselves from addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, and relationship challenges. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interpretation-ASL/English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her Master's degree in Special Education-Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas—Austin.

My idea of helping is one of connection and relationship. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I will follow you wherever this journey takes you. I will meet you where you are at in the moment and delve deep into issues, setting therapeutic goals accordingly. Together we can work towards your goals on your healing journey in an emotionally safe space with unconditional acceptance and support.

We all grieve many people and situations in our lives. Sometimes these feelings of grief overwhelm us and it can help to talk to someone about them. I often explain to people that I believe grief counseling can be helpful because you are speaking to a neutral person. I am not grieving the same loss you are, so possibly I can provide a different perspective and tools to help you during this time.
