Anxiety, depression, and existential dread make living incredibly difficult by yourself. Clients often struggle with putting emotions into words, feeling seen or heard by those around them, and often think that they are the problem. These clients come seeking a way to change themselves if they are unable to affect visible change in their environment; coming to learn coping skills and feel like they are not dealing with these fears alone.

I have served in the helping professions for several years and has had the opportunity to work with a multitude of populations. I completed my first degree in Industrial and organizational psychology and successfully guided many individual businesses to start existing in their purpose. After completing this Journey, I returned and received my second degree in Professional counseling and has since worked with teens, Adults and Seniors to address the needs they have related to esteem, goals and their identified purpose.

You know that saying “Never judge a book by its cover”? Well, I can honestly say that the cover of my book does not match the pages! The pages in my book of life have equipped me with the experience to connect with ALL people. In my book, I’ve encountered many conflicts. I’ve been the antagonist and the protagonist and I’m just in the rising action. Because my pages are not all filled with butterflies and sunshine, I’ve had to work to find ways to help equip myself with daily coping skills.
