I work with a variety of clients with a variety of needs. The thing that most of them have in common is a feeling of being a bit stuck. Many of my clients are experiencing transitions in life, transitions into new work environments or life phases. Other clients are needing to​ make a transition & I can help them weigh their options & process their choices. I believe at my core that none of us were intended to do life alone. My clients’ goals are usually pretty simple, they want to be more present in their lives and move forward in a meaningful way.

I received my Masters from University of Texas at Arlington in 2012. I have extensive experience and training in medical social work, dual diagnosis, and depressive disorders. I work with clients on a diverse spectrum of topics: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life stages, attachment and codependency, alcoholism, substance abuse, individuals living with disabilities, LGBT, gender dysphoria, and caregivers of people suffering from mental illness.

Traci Phipps is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas with 17 years of experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, depression, family conflict, difficult life transitions, dysfunctional relationships, sexual abuse, and much more. Traci earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tulane University and her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern State University.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I am passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and/or families on their journey towards personal growth and development. With my background as a first-generation Haitian, I've been fortunate to work with diverse clients in various settings, such as employee assistance programs, mental health treatment facilities, and college campuses. I am also trained in Prepare and Enrich, a program that gives couples and families evidence-based skills and insights to promote healthy connections.

My areas of focus are eating disorders, body image, prenatal and postpartum mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and coping with general life stressors. I believe you deserve peace in your life and I would like to help you rebuild your inner strength and rediscover the balance you are searching for in life. I have worked in all levels of care for individuals who have eating disorders and my focus is to help you rebuild your relationship with food and with yourself.

HABLO ESPANOL! My story is a bit unique as to how I became a psychotherapist. I studied abroad in Costa Rica during college where I learned the Spanish language and where my love of adventure and exploration began. After moving to Los Angeles for several years, I decided to then move to New York City to pursue a career in music which is my first love. I was living in NYC and working for Sony Music on September 11, 2001 which changed my life dramatically. I decided to return to The University of Texas in Austin and obtained my Masters in Social Work in an effort to pursue a career in helping others which is my second love.

Alicia Turner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas- Arlington with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy. Alicia has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Grief and Loss Therapy. She believes in being a vehicle to assist clients as they reach their goals and grow within the therapeutic process. She is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment, improving accessibility to mental health care for all, and understands one size does not fit all.

Mary Jane is a Gottman-trained therapist whose practice has moved away from recurring appointments toward an online accelerated approach to help couples manage conflict and deepen intimacy. The approach facilitates access to the online Gottman Relationship Assessment ($39 payable to Gottman) followed by a one-time, intensive online two-hour teleconference with Mary Jane (non-insurance affordable fee) to discuss the results and treatment plan to be implemented at home. She can incorporate Biblical principles if desired.

Hi! I really enjoy meeting with people to talk about what is causing them stress. I enjoy meeting with adults, children and families who have attention issues, struggle with anxiety, and experience feelings of depression. In addition, I also focus on anger management issues. When we talk together, we talk about stressors and ideas for how to make small steps to help things go more smoothly.

Alexander received his Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Professional Counseling at Texas A&M University. He has had experience working with populations of ages 12 through 65, working with various issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, family conflict, communication, trauma, anger management, stress, video game addiction, and more.

Derek has worked in the field of counseling for over 15 years helping clients work through concerns including depression, anxiety, and even self image. He has worked with military personnel, law enforcement, and the foster care system. Derek has significant experience in working with individuals and families struggling with addiction and utilizes a safe and warm environment to engage his clients in developing healthy strategies to work through their recovery and engage families in adapting to changes in the family dynamic.

With over a decade of experience, I considering myself a tough and compassionate therapist who will help you get to the truth. I specialize in complex cases, including LGBT issues, trauma, domestic violence, addiction, porn addiction, avoidant attachment, and personality disorders like borderline and narcissism.

You feel as though you are “going crazy”, you have no sense of control, you keep thinking “you’re not good enough” or “this is your fault”, you are emotionally and physically overwhelmed and tired, and feel as though you have lost your independence and freedom. You don’t know where to turn for help because you feel ashamed for feeling this way. You are dealing with an enormous roller coaster of emotions and feelings of inadequacy and judgment are around every corner everywhere you turn.

As your therapist I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space - a necessity for effective progression. Javier Davila-Lopez, LPC has counseled a wide variety of clinical populations in various settings, including academic, forensic, non-profit and private practice. Javiar recognizes that life is full of obstacles, which may translate into depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma. All of these can feel like inadequacy, failure, loneliness, and pain. He believes that through an empathetic and collaborative relationship with his client, each can experience growth and healing.
