My ideal client is an adolescent who struggles with self esteem, anxiety and depression. Someone who need a safe space to process their feelings in a nonjudgmental environment. In therapy, their goals include enhancing motivation, building self-confidence and gaining new coping skills all while having a safe space and supportive environment to process.
