I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) that believes the real issue is not the need for more sex but the desire for real connection yet turning to counterfeit connection due to past relational hurts, abuse, rejection, neglect, and abandonment. I am also a certified emotionally focused couples therapist and I specialize working with couples hurting from infidelity and betrayal. I believe that the relationship can be restored and become stronger than ever.

I've always wanted to make a difference, which led me to a long and fulfilling career in Human Resources, and more recently to my calling as a faith-based counselor. My focus is on helping individuals involved in all walks of life including adolescents, young adults, adults, missionaries, ministers, pastors and their family members in dealing with life’s day-to-day and more complex issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, stress management, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use.
