Individual therapy: I am a licensed counselor and have been in the mental health field since 2002 & started my practice in 2007. My approach stems from a cognitive-behavioral model which dictates that a client is able to re-learn automatic belief systems as well as behavior patterns. I facilitate each counseling session from a person-centered approach, which considers the client to be the most important aspect of the counseling process.
