I'm a compassionate, concerned and empathetic therapist who wants to provide you "armor to go out and fight your life battles." More times than not, life and its stressors cause depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc., that can make it difficult to function in everyday settings such as work and with family during interactions. I strive to provide counseling to help you move closer towards your goals and decrease/eliminate the severity of your symptoms.

Whether you are working through past trauma, recent trauma, getting through rough patches, seeking greater self-satisfaction, or looking for encouragement on a spiritual awakening, I can provide support. Exploring these life issues begins with a relationship built on trust, respect, warmth, and humor. Therapy, at its core, is an exchange of energy between therapist and client, an energetic reciprocation to begin the healing process, which is paramount to guiding a client to embrace their authentic self. This is my approach to assisting others to move through and into a better version of themselves.
