Como terapeuta, me especializo en ayudar a las personas a identificar y alcanzar sus metas mientras enfrentan sus problemas, estrés, ansiedad o preocupaciones. Algunas veces enfrentamos constantes retos y nuestras vidas parecen estancarse en un estilo que no coincide con nuestros esfuerzos y/o expectativas. While helping clients develop healthy coping strategies and achieve personal growth and positive change, I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping clients in coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, relationship difficulties, divorce, parenting, grief and loss, abuse and neglect, domestic violence, addictions, bipolar disorders, and more. I see pre-teens, adolescents, families, and adults struggling with behavioral, emotional, or relational issues.

We are a group of bilingual therapist, among the issues that we explore are: relations, career, personal challenges, trauma, family dynamics and sex issues; also, gender infinity issues, power and control issues, inequality, intimacy, sexual problems, conflict and self-awareness. We provide our clients with a friendly and respectful environment that facilitates exploration and the possibility of seeing challenges from a different angle or perspective, with deep respect, an interested presence, and a curious attitude about our client's viewpoint.
