I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, and I obtained my Masters of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults on a variety of struggles such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender/identity, autism, parenting/family issues, as well as OCD and bipolar disorder.

Our current and past life circumstances can often leave us with feelings of stress, anxiety, and sadness. These emotions can be confusing and difficult to manage and process. I have experience working in a variety of settings, such as nonprofit organizations, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care that have helped shape my therapeutic approach.
