Through diverse academic and professional experiences, I have developed a unique skillset and approach to therapy. I spent 8 years as a nanny before getting my undergraduate degree in early childhood education. I was a special education teacher for Lewisville ISD for 5 years. While working as a teacher, I completed my masters degree in counseling specializing in Play Therapy. Other professional work history includes the mobile Crisis Team for Denton County MHMR and counseling families in crisis at the Children's Advocacy Center. I am currently providing therapy to children ages 10+, teens, and women using a TeleHealth platform.

I work with clients to help heal by re-processing past pain & trauma by fusing the clinical, practical and spiritual to heal the mind, body, soul & spirit. Every person is unique, so we find the modality that works best for you. I am Trauma trained in EMDR, practice SRI and somatic experience. I see minors, married, partners, and adults in crisis. I help clients discover and develop in identity, restore their voice and renew purpose as they heal. I believe that when we do by intention what we have been doing by intuition, acceleration occurs. I am faith based, but work with secular clients as well.

Dr. Nicckay Natson is the Executive Director and Founder of Rejuvenation Counseling Coaching & Consulting LLC. Dr. Nicckay is a Licensed Clinical Christian Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Christian Therapist and Licensed Clinical Christian Marriage and Family Therapist a Licensed and Ordained Minister, Certified Life Coach, Certified Mentor and Certified Marriage Mentor. She is also a Certified Symbis facilitator. She has been a therapist/therapist supervisor/behavior analyst for over 18 years combined in the secular arena before she decided to start a Christian Counseling Practice to help those that are in need.

Our group practice is ready to serve you and your needs. We have 14 Professional Counselors that are diverse in their specialties, which helps if you and your family need individual counselors to address many different issues. Some of our counselors are experts in children and school issues, while others specialize in couples and relationships. Sandhya Sharma is a South Asian Indian LPC and certified addictions specialist who works with: Adults, Teens, LGBTQ community, and International Communities. Sandhya will help create a safe and supportive therapy environment and work with you collaboratively to both accurately assess your strengths as well as areas of struggle. She will develop a treatment plan with you to help you facilitate behavioral changes that more successfully meet your goals. Sandhya will help you look at the ways you have been currently coping with life’s problems and help you to develop new strategies from a strengths-based perspective.
