I am Rebeca Mata, founder of Mata Counseling Services in Flower Mound. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which is particularly helpful in treating OCD, phobias, and severe anxiety.
