I'm a Christian who has been counseling for 29 years. My expertise is most evident with clients that present with trauma backgrounds. I use EMDR and Flash Technique to process negative and traumatic memories that lead to distressful symptoms like depression, anxiety, triggers, or panic. And since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted your relationship with God, others, and self.

I am an open and non-judgmental person who will work with you to help you get to where YOU want to be in your life. I specialize in, but am not limited to, depression, anxiety, codependency issues, strengthening boundaries, addiction and substance abuse issues, and grief work. I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and life coach and have been in practice for over 30 years.
