I decided to pursue a professional career in the sciences requiring the ability to treat and explore human beings. After careful consideration, I discovered Counseling/ Psychology to be a perfect avenue. Completing my education and mastering the professional licensure examinations has led to a fulfilling occupational advancement. Current therapy focuses on rural and urban areas. Experienced diagnoses difficulties including but not limited to autism, attention deficit disorder, conduct disorder, bipolar, learning disabilities, oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorder, adjustment disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

My therapy style is welcoming and caring. I believe you deserve to be listened to, heard, understood, and respected. In a non-judgmental, respectful space, my approach is also empathetic. Counseling services will include adult individual therapy, and premarital couples therapy. I offer specialized services for individuals who are dealing with specific issues, such as anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also offer Biblical wisdom and prayer, just ask! You will learn how to be a clinician as well as how to run a practice. I accept students (can obtain hours for your practicum/internship), LCDC Interns & LPC Associates. Supervision fees: Students-FREE, LCDC Interns & LPC Associates-$300/month. Supervision is primarily virtual; however, in person supervision can be arranged. You can receive up to 6 hours of formal supervision per month plus unlimited support between sessions.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and life coach and have been in practice for over 30 years. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children in individual settings and as families and large groups. I have all three Texas licenses: LPC, LMFT, and LMSW. I teach clients Skills so they will be able to communicate effectively, problem solve, and team play/work using a variety of techniques, including hypnosis. I have a great deal of experience with marital therapy as well as individual therapy. I have also worked extensively with clients on anger management. I like to provide a relaxed atmosphere so people feel free to talk openly without fear of judgment. I have had good success with marital counseling.

Summer Special! We are offering services at the clinic for $5/session. Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues? Is your child struggling in school or dealing with grief? As a training clinic, we offer services for a wide range of needs for adults, teens, and children as young as 3 years old. Our specialty in play therapy allows your child to play in a specially designed playroom. We also provide Individual, Couples, and Career counseling for adults and offer Individual and Activity therapy for teens.
