I offer psychological consultation and treatment for teens, adults, couples, and families who are struggling with a difficult challenge. My specialty revolves around individual and family systems therapy which includes a unique approach to couples therapy (marriage counseling), life transitions, children, adolesecents and family of origin issues. Through my continuing post graduate training I have developed a behavioral, relational, and psychdynamic psychotheraputic approach to assist in allivating these patterns by enhancing communication styles, negotiating skills and problem solving techniques.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe in addressing a client's immediate concern, their current functioning, and their identified goals. I use a variety of treatment modalities and select those that best serve the needs of my clients. I do not believe in meeting with clients indefinitely. My hope is to help clients reach their goals and get to the point where they no longer need therapy. I believe in teaching my clients the specific skills they need to address their problem or concern.
