As a therapist, I specialize in working with young adults and couples who are navigating sexual health, life transitions, anxiety, family dynamics, and relationships. I take a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Existential approach, and CBT that also weaves in a focus on client strengths and narratives. I tend to have a more direct approach with my clients, while also adding in humor and a space that allows for support and strength.
