I work with adults who are struggling with a sudden or anticipated loss of (a relationship, job) or death of a loved one that has left them reeling, feeling alone, misunderstood, and confused within their grieving process. Clients struggling through grief need to be heard, not judged or have their pain minimized. My clients often struggle with immense feelings of guilt and self blame.
