I have a strong educational background in disorders such as depression, eating disorders, learning disabilities, trauma, and addictions, and I am familiar with the implications and potential setbacks such disorders can cause. Being the daughter of a soldier has helped me become familiar with the many different transitions within the military lifestyle. I also conduct individual and group counseling services to sex offenders in which I guide them in developing specialized strategies for stopping abusive behavior, being accountable, and taking responsibility for the harm they have inflicted on their victims.

I am a 20 year Army Veteran trained in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Individual counseling techniques. I understand the unique stresses of military life. I have worked with military families both while in the Army and since. I use the Gottman Method for couples counseling. Gottman is considered the gold standard in Couples Counseling, it is one of the best researched therapies with one of the highest success rates.
