I specialize in populations who are struggling with depression, relationship and family conflict, addiction, anxiety and stress, trauma related disorders, grief and loss, self esteem, and life transitions. I work with adults, couples, and families to meet goals and figure out how to “do life” with the hand you’ve been dealt in the most productive way possible. Some of the evidenced based approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. These approaches paired with a solid therapeutic rapport result in clients reaching goals and seeing actual results from counseling.

I let you take the lead - after all, these sessions are all about you! I am direct but kind, and tailor my approach to specifically address your mental health needs as you define them.
