I am a licensed marriage and family therapist committed to helping you manage life’s twists and turns by becoming healthy in all your relationships. My work focuses on beliefs about self; parent coaching; general anxiety and depression; marital/family issues; pre-marital/couples; sexual addiction; couples; family dynamics; struggles with self-worth; guilt and shame. I believe in being relational and helping my clients gain a new direction! Christian Integration is available upon request or prompting.

We are a group of talented and experienced mental health clinicians that provides counseling and medication management all across Austin and greater Texas. We have offices in West Lake Hills, Georgetown, and Dripping Springs. We also provide telehealth service anywhere in Texas.

Everyone at home and at work assumes you will keep things in motion, and you do, but they don’t seem to notice you're falling apart. You’re anxious that you aren’t doing enough. You strive so hard to appear capable and confident, but inside, you are crumbling from the pressure. Even though you’re rarely alone, you feel lonely and invisible. Your relationships have become strained because the people around you are more stressors and not a support system. There used to be joy and margin, but now every second is scheduled and rushed. You wish you could enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build, but it just feels meaningless.

Everyone is different and need to get some guidance, support and set new goals. I am here to provide support and encouragement from an non-judgemental position. I am here the help build meaningful social connections. When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a trauma.

Helping individuals overcome challenges that are keeping them from living their best life is my passion. I provide a safe, warm and empathic environment with a mix of enthusiasm and humor that supports healing, growth, self-love, empowerment, and possibilities. Relationship is at the core of all we do thus I build relationships with my clients on a foundation of collaboration, support, trust and respect.
