To do this, I help you uncover the root of the issues you are experiencing to help you gain insight and awareness so you can move forward. I also enjoy working with couples to identify attachment wounds and different perspectives to enhance their emotional connection.

It is never easy to reach out for help, but it is the first step to a journey towards peace and joyful living. I have a focus on starting where the client is and believe in working with my patients to maintain and improve their mental health and emotional well-being. We work together to create balance and peace during all stages of life. I have served clients throughout Central Texas for many years including combat trauma victims (PTSD) at the Department of Veterans Affairs and have established my current practice serving DFW and the Mid Cities.

My counseling journey began before I became a therapist with my own quest into improvement. I officially went into the field in 2010 to better understand myself, family and future clients. Along the way, I discovered the joy in helping others.

People should live happier, healthier lives. That is what all people want and deserve. My focus is on helping people achieve ALL of their goals. Everyone goes through tough times. Some people go through them on their own, but sometimes it takes a professional, unbiased perspective to help. People are the result of both nature (inherited traits) and nurture (environment) which form lenses through which we perceive the world. Through life experience, lenses can become scratched or cloudy. Bring the drive to improve and I will provide the experience, empathy, and knowledge.
