I redirected my career after working in retail for many years. I found that counseling was helpful in making effective changes in my own personal life and decided to return to school and become a counselor. I have worked with children and families, adults, teens, and seniors utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy to help others make changes in their lives also. I believe in holding people accountable for making those changes while walking alongside them to help guide them in the direction that they need to go. I am encouraging and help people find the path to the changes that they want to make in their lives.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based out of Texas, who is passionate about helping individuals find healing, wholeness, and true freedom from strongholds and barriers. Overtime I have found that my style and approach is best suited for college aged through middle aged women, of all backgrounds struggling with various life changed and barriers. I work as an Elementary school teacher during the day and have experience working in the jail system as a mental health therapist.
