My goal is to support you on your journey toward mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through counseling, clients can explore their current life situation and begin to deal effectively with the circumstances they are facing in a safe environment. Counseling can also provide tools for change, but even more, it can be a springboard to begin identifying some of the factors that have led to the current situation.

I became a therapist because I genuinely care for people. My practice is centered around building relationships. I believe my greatest strength as a therapist is my life experience. I feel that it gives me a unique perspective that enables me to empathize with my clients.
