Mental health therapy is a intimate collaboration in self-discovery, relationship preservation, mental health maintenance, and relief of suffering. It is my job to center you and meet you in your challenges (stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, self criticalness, etc.). I provide support to individuals, partners, and families who are motivated towards greater understandings of their experiences in order to find peace and/or heal connections in their relationship with themselves and others.

I specialize in helping clients from South Asian, Asian, Hispanic, or African American backgrounds navigate familial issues, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, relational issues, self-esteem, PTSD, substance abuse, and imposter syndrome. My approach offers a safe space, validation, and empowerment, promoting healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
