As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, you experience challenges that others may not understand. You may be tired of not expressing yourself, feeling like you have to hide parts of yourself to keep the peace, or feeling ashamed. You might not even remember a time things didn't feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you're ready for some relief. You're ready to start living authentically. You're ready to be proud of who you are. But, most of all, you're prepared not to hide anymore!

I love working with ENM, sex workers, LGBT+ and kinky folks!.
Do you and your partner love each other, but you are not lining up when it comes to sex and intimacy? If sex has become a chore . . . if one of you has a way lower drive than the other . . . if initiating has gotten really awkward . . . reach out and let's talk! When left unchecked, sexual issues can become the elephant in the room and can even lead to the end of the relationship. I know this from personal experience! But, there is so much you can do to diagnose the real issues and get you back on the right track. Sometimes you just need a guide who has been down that road before.

I specialize in work with adults and relationships who are struggling with PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, sexual-identity issues, LGBTQ+, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, burn out, relational conflict, ethical non-monogamy, attachment issues, and with people who generally would like to find more enjoyment in their relationships and lives.
Does it sometimes feel like you just can't get it together? Does it feel like no one can help? I am glad you're here - I am skilled in working with people who have been to therapy previously and may not have had the best experience. I enjoy offering a corrective therapeutic experience aimed at helping you live a more connected life. I have many years of experience working with complex trauma and I am an EMDR certified clinician. Clients who have struggled with other therapists' styles often find my practice and begin to make noticeable changes pretty quickly. I am an engaged therapist with a knack for tracking patterns.

I am LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive, sex positive, and radically accepting.
You're in the grips of chronic dieting, disordered eating, or suffering from body image distress wondering if there's a way forward. You have PCOS and struggling with infertility. You have been navigating grief or relationship difficulties in isolation. You are discovering who you are and asking questions about sexuality and gender. You envision one day feeling acceptance, even liberation, from the experiences that currently feel burdensome. You're ready to come home to yourself. What would it be like to no longer navigate these concerns alone, but with someone affirming and nurturing?

I'm especially passionate about supporting healthcare and mental health professionals, educators women, and LGBTQ+ identities.
Have you ever asked, “What do I need?” and really listened for the answer? Were you taught to ignore your needs and now struggle with career and relationship burn-out? Imagine what it could be like to feel healthy in your own skin, to set boundaries and show love and care to yourself without letting guilt stop you. We all know life didn't come with an owner’s manual...instead it came with contradictory rules and expectations that rob us of joy and authenticity. Let me be a listening ear, without judgement, to help you understand and honor who you've become. Together, we can find new ways for you to create the life you want.

First I'd like to say that I'm glad you're here. Prioritizing yourself and your mental health is a vulnerable process. It is my intention to create a space with choice, encouragement, and warmth. The time we have together is set aside to address whatever stressors are most present in your life. I have experience supporting individuals of all ages struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, ADHD, and grief. In addition to counseling, I have provided advocacy and trial prep to survivors of sexual assault and other violent crimes. I'm a staunch advocate for women's rights, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized communities.
