I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults virtually throughout the states of Maryland and Texas and in-person at my office in far west Houston, Texas. I am also a trained Psychotherapist and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. My goal is to empower and assist my clients in identifying their strengths while working towards self actualization. I specialize in children, adolescents, individuals, families and couples. My experiences with working at inpatient psychiatric hospitals, intensive outpatient programs and drug rehab centers, have equipped me to provide effective therapeutic care.

Sometimes life circumstances are overwhelming. Difficult relationships, career challenges, health issues, major losses can all lead to depression and/or anxiety and feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Working with people around these issues has been my focus for 40 plus years.

The clients I work best with are clients that are seeking a change for their current situation and come into session ready to work on that change.
