I received the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training at Taiwan mindfulness association. Academics were a very important part of my life. I realized at an early age that education was vital to my future success in life and the life of others. I have always had a passion for counseling and helping since the first day I sat in my psychology course during my journey in undergraduate school.
