As a sleep therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and specialize in identifying and addressing the root causes of your insomnia. CBT-I is the most effective treatment for insomnia and often only takes 8-10 sessions. Treatment for nightmares often only takes 4-6 sessions.

I use modalities such as DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Task Centered/Problem-Solving Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in helping adults, couples, individuals, groups, and children with issues such as substance abuse, anger management, behavioral problems, mental health disorders, grief, chronic illnesses, school issues, parenting issues, domestic violence, criminal stipulations, and marital problems.
