Navigator, Menninger's recovery management service, helps adults who have been treated for addiction or substance use disorder as they transition to a lower level of care. The service is designed to help reduce relapse rates and offer crisis support if that is ever needed. The Navigator team, which includes a case manager and peer recovery specialist, provides collaborative recovery management and monitoring. Together, the care team implements active recovery support, structure and accountability while the client participates in outpatient treatment.
