My approach has led almost all of my clients to experience the healing they wanted in just a few sessions. Therapy is not meant to last forever. My goal is to lead you to recovery and give you the skills to maintain a healthy life without me in a year or less. The quicker we create new habits, the quicker you get your life back.

I also specialize in working with men’s intimacy concerns including concerns with sexual function and problematic sexual behaviors. My sessions are provided in English and Portuguese via telehealth. Most of my clients are individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, panic, obsessions and compulsions, co-dependency, and/or relationship issues. I work with clients who value expertise and are willing to invest in their wellbeing and relationships. How important is it for you to feel better? Ordered Steps To Recovery is an Educational and Counseling Program designed to help clients recognize and recover from addiction through assessment, counseling and aftercare. Treatment services are available to adults on an outpatient basis that enables them to maintain normal activities, such as work and school, during the treatment process.
