My training allows me to work with children as young as 4 years old, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience in treating grief, helping individuals adjust to major life changes, and addressing relationship stressors.

Hello there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in trauma. I served six years as a combat medic in the US Army and was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. As a medic, it was my job to preserve life, and seeing my joes taking their lives due to the helplessness and hopelessness they were experiencing drove me into the mental health field. I now work with folks from various backgrounds (especially veterans and first responders) to help them regain their value of life.
