Gwendolyn is dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families to enrich their lives and relationships utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Marriage Intensive therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure therapy (PE), Substance Use therapy, and pre-marital counseling. Gwendolyn holds a Master's in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She also serves as a Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor.

Having spent a decade in wedding and special event planning prior to moving to counseling, Ashlyn specializes in how such psychological and relational elements intersect with the process of getting married, planning a wedding, and the concurrent and ongoing process of blending families. She is certified in Prepare/Enrich, a pre-marital and marriage enrichment program.
